Trust In Experience

As experienced school board members Danielle Stuffo and Michael Wright have first hand knowledge of the day to day operations of the schools, the district and the Board of Education as a whole. In addition they have both participated in multiple NJSBA training sessions on the roles, required ethics and responsibilities involved in being a member of the Board of Education. With the recent exit of a number of long-time board members via election and retirement Michael and Danielle are currently two of the most experienced members on the board. It is important to maintain some degree of continuity of membership to ensure the best outcomes for all. Danielle Stuffo and Michael Wright wish to continue to serve with strict adherence to our principles and fulfill our duties to the public.

Parents Not Politicians – School boards in New Jersey are meant to be non-partisan, volunteer positions. We are just parents who want to see the children of our district succeed. We are not career politicians trying to climb the party ladder or political activists with axes to grind.

Long-time Mount Laurel Residents – As homeowners and taxpayers we understand the importance of fiscal responsibility in our school district. We believe schools should operate with a view of long term financial solvency without overburdening the taxpayers in our community.

With Open Ears and Open Minds – Our role as school board members is first and foremost to represent the voters of our community. This means listening to and understanding all sides of every story. We strive to exercise reason and judgement, taking all opinions into account when making decisions.
